Perched atop a 1930s building, eleven rooftop apartments reinterpret the spirit of early functionalism through a contemporary lens. The interiors strike a balance between craftsmanship, warmth, and modern comfort. Every surface and fixture is carefully curated to create a refined interior while emphasizing the beauty of the past. Here, historical roots and modern vision coexist effortlessly, resulting in interiors that are inviting, expressive, bold, and timeless. Rich timber, soft neutrals, subtle green accents, and layered patterns introduce texture, tactility, and personality, giving these homes a truly unique character.
